Rembu Matodzi is an accomplished mining and engineering professional with 25 years of industry experience, including 17 years in management and operational leadership roles. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Pretoria. He is currently a PhD candidate in Engineering Management at the University of Johannesburg, researching “The application of Engineering Management Principles to enhance the South African Steel Industry economic sustainability (2026 - current)", reflecting a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and research-driven insight.
Throughout his career, Rembu has held various operational and management positions, demonstrating a proven ability to optimize mining operations, drive performance, and lead high-performing teams. His extensive experience in both hands-on operations and executive management enables him to deliver innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions in the mining services sector.

Sylvia Matodzi - Managing Director (Finance and Supply Chain)
Sylvia Matodzi is an experienced finance and supply chain professional with 21 years of government service. She holds an LLB degree from UNISA and a Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from CIPS, combining legal expertise with strong operational and strategic knowledge.
Throughout her career, Sylvia has held various positions in finance and supply chain management, gaining extensive experience in budgeting, procurement, contract management, and operational efficiency. Her expertise in managing complex government processes and resources has made her a trusted professional in delivering transparent, effective, and compliant financial and supply chain solutions.
